Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
Cancellation requests received after dispatch will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Exchange or Return

Your purchase qualifies for exchange or return only under the following conditions:

If the item delivered does not match your order confirmation.

2️⃣ Defective or Damaged Product

If the product has a manufacturing defect or internal damage:

Please take clear photos immediately after opening the package.
Share images with our team on the same day of delivery.

⚠ Important:
Replacement applies only to product damage.
Outer box damage alone does not qualify for return or replacement.
